Salary: $85,000.00 USD Annually - $95,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
Judge Direct Placement is seeking a Human Resource Supervisor in Boise, ID area! The qualified candidate will work with the leadership and staff to align labor agreements. They will maintain a working relationship between the union and management.
*** Must have manufacturing or distribution background ***
Responsibilities:
- Implement site labor strategy
- Maintain all employment laws
- Ensure company policy and work rules are followed
- Site representative in all labor matters
- Responsible to represent the company in all aspects of the grievance procedure
- Prepare and maintain reports for all labor related activities
- Work with site and corporate leadership team
- Ensure trainings are conducted for the site
- Provide communication between supervisors and union personnel
- Assist HR Manager with related matters
- Supervise and coach direct reports, complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years' experience in production environment
- Experience in labor relations
- Experience working in union environment
- Prior supervisor experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible work hours
