Description
Job Summary: As a Commercial HVAC Controls Systems Lead Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional HVAC controls installation services to our commercial clients. You will be responsible for the professional design, installation, startup and service of commercial and industrial HVAC and HVAC control systems. You will also be responsible for designing and ensuring correct operation of common HVAC sequences such as economizer control, zone temperature control, discharge air temperature and water temperature control for components such as digital thermostats, controllers, and network controllers. All technicians are expected to assist in other roles within their abilities from time to time. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional who is looking to advance their career and be part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with team members and site supervisor to install cabling and components safely, efficiently, and effectively per job requirements, industry standards and building codes.
Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards while working.
Help ensure excellent job productivity by relaying task hazards, status, and completions accurately and timely.
Training and providing guidance to installer technicians to advance their knowledge and skills.
