Position SummaryTeach HRLR 410 Voice and Democracy at Work Fall 2023 in the School of Human Resources & Labor Relations. This course provides an overview of different forms of employee voice. Students will compare and contrast different models, including employee voice in the workplace, the formation of teams, worker-owned cooperatives, employee representation on corporate boards and works councils.
Position is planned to recur every Fall Semester
