As an Insurance Operations Specialist II you would be responsible for providing system maintenance and quality control to the insurance agency's management system and support through training assistance and guidance to team members. QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience in administrative support

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Process policy download into system, as well as policy detailing, to ensure system data accuracy and integrity.

• Copy, file, and distribute insurance documents.

• Perform Agency Management System Data maintenance, including regular reporting to include data cleanup and related functions.

• Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures by auditing and examining records, reports, and documentation.

• Process Agent of Record/Broker of Record change requests.

SALARY RANGE

Target hourly hiring rate is $20.63 - $25.28 per hour and is based on experience.

In addition to base pay, this position has the opportunity to earn an Annual Company-wide discretionary bonus.
