Location: 5 days/week on site in Wayne, PA

Salary: 50-63K

Position Description:

Interface with outside vendor to develop website features and functionality.

Majority of the time will be spent on MS Dynamics Support specifically with Action Buttons.

• Make improvements to custom Microsoft Dynamics CRM software as well as WordPress websites.
• Works to ensure that buttons function correctly within the system, meet business needs, and are properly integrated with other tools and processes.
• Configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting button actions, and ensuring they operate securely and efficiently for the users.

Secondary responsibility will be to: Provide on-site support daily for IT-related issues

Required Skills:

• This will be the only person in a support role at the company - must be ok with that.
• Experience working with Dynamics CRM specifically with Action Buttons
• Experience in network/server maintenance; VoIP systems; troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and programming.
• Must be able to lift objects in excess of 40 pounds, pushing and pulling.
