Pay Rate: $40/hr to 45/hr
Position Summary
Details: Responsible for supporting the Business Continuity Program's (BCP) Application Resiliency Testing Requirements. This role will support testing deliverables across Global Technology. The role will work closely with all Technical Recovery Testing: to include Application Resiliency Certification (ARC), Application Production Location (APL) testing, Midrange Recovery Resiliency, and Data Restoral Programs.
- Drive the annual effort to improve recoverability and resiliency through thematic analysis and qualitative and quantitative reporting
- Track applications ability to perform SAP testing while ensuring recovery strategies are documented according to standard
- Track compliance and remediation strategies for any applications that are out of compliance
- Communicates, influences, and negotiates both vertically and horizontally to leverage necessary resources to complete deliverables on time
- Accountable for monthly processes including preparing senior executive risk presentations
- Accountable for weekly processes of notification and escalation of upcoming and past due work
- Handles ad-hoc requests to direct internal customers to packaged reporting
- Support technology teams in supporting firm-wide risk programs (i.e., delivering requested artefacts, verify completeness / accuracy)
- Understand and assist in the Disaster Recovery process and procedures
- Understand key systems including CPT (Continuity Planning Tool), Alphabet (BtConverge) etc., Tableau dashboards and metrics
- Coordinate with Technology Management in monitoring the execution, collection, and completion of Testing activities
- Partner with Technology Management in the execution of quality assurance programs - ensure completeness of testing data and identify and monitor required remediation activities for any testing failure
- Support technology teams in supporting firm-wide Resiliency testing (i.e., delivering requested artefacts, verify completeness / accuracy)
- Understand and assist in the Disaster Recovery testing process and procedures

- Sound knowledge in business continuity and Disaster Recovery planning and testing environment
- Strong in Microsoft Office suite skills, particularly with Excel - ability to code - and PowerPoint; able to put together reports/decks, SharePoint, Access, and Visio
- Ability to learn quickly, including learning systems, and produce results
- Ability to lead projects to completion with minimal management oversight
- Experience in coordinating with different stakeholders to drive Business continuity and Disaster Recovery drills
- Of high integrity, energy and has strong interpersonal skills
- Self-directed, detail oriented, organized, and exercises good judgment
- Ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively across multiple organizational units
