Summary of Role:
As an IT Business Relationship Manager, you will be part of the IT Enablement Office within the GlobalFoundries IT organization acting as the strategic interface between IT departments and business organizations. This role is the liaison between IT and senior leadership, executives and other key stakeholders, and can sponsor operational improvements or inform future business strategies.

The IT Business Relationship Manager is a professional who intuitively monitors business satisfaction with IT, striving for a positive reputation and increased value delivered. GlobalFoundries business organizations who are satisfied by their relationship with IT are more likely to include IT in strategic discussions or opportunity and innovation brainstorming.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Understanding the business needs and growing business acumen to grow partnership and overall value of role.
  
• Facilitating Quarterly Business Reviews. You will prepare the presentation materials based on requests from the business groups and IT Leadership, ensure the meetings are scheduled, and track all actions.
  
• Conduct IT satisfaction surveys, by communicating the survey expectations to the identified leaders, following up as needed, and then proposing corrective actions or other initiatives to improve IT's value delivered to the business. Each survey cycle should see improved responses in targeted areas.
  
• Develop reports to show the status of work which was assessed, planned and executed, and track performance to Key Performance Indicators on business delivery (eg performance to planned delivery date of a change, enhancement or project). Each quarter the IT Business Relationship Manager will prepare a business-focused update for IT Staff and other key IT stakeholders.
  
• Responding to the business for ad-hoc or urgent issues, understand the issue or opportunities and be able to relay to the correct IT organization for assessment. It is key in this role to provide succinct status updates back to the requestors, and to relay the request to IT using the most appropriate communication channel.
  

Other Responsibilities:

Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a similar field of study, or at least 5 years in similar role, with the same or greater level of responsibilities.
  
• Ability to learn about the business and translate into IT high-level requirements, and grow both as needed by changing business strategy and IT technologies.
  
• Advanced powerpoint and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• Proven ability to work with senior leadership, with advanced skills on reading the audience or stakeholder and customization approach to work for them
  
• Fluency in English language
  
• Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  
• Ability to effectively solve problems and develop solutions to an organization's challenges in a holistic and future-thinking manner; must be able to design for tomorrow
  
• Strong ability to perform requirements analysis, document options, and create standardized process flows in an easy-to-follow manner
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cross-cultural awareness, and willingness to travel, possibly international. Will be limited, but possible.
  
• Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Office, including Excel, Teams, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  
• Business Analyst skills, specifically requirements analysis, monitoring, reporting
  

Expected Salary Range
$103,000.00 - $194,200.00

The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
