Our client, an established company that represents integrity in the construction industry, has been widely recognized in Texas for years. They have quickly developed a reputation for providing customers with innovative solutions, establishing themselves as one of the largest construction organizations in the metroplex.

Due to several large school projects scheduled to start in DFW, they are looking to hire an experienced construction superintendent with large ground up project experience. You will need to have proven yourself as the leader, successfully completing builds over 20 million dollars in value. Exceptional communication skills at all levels are a must-have. You will be responsible for daily and weekly meetings with subs and staff on the project as well as senior management and owners.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day project support for subcontractors.
• Manage direct reports on the projects.
• Partner & collaborate with senior leadership.
• Maintain vendor & client relationships.
• Ensure schedules are kept, and the projects are completed on time.
• Know & understand the healthcare policies & processes.

Compensation

• Salary is $100 to $120k base.
• $500 a month vehicle allowance
• Excellent company insurance
• Benefits include a 401k match.
