Kimberly Clark Professional (KCP) North American (NA) team is looking for an experienced Customer Experience (CX) Portal Leader to join its Customer Experience & Marketing team.In this role you will be actively driving the strategy for NA's portal strategy, capability enablement and daily operations management. This role will drive the daily operations management and future strategy in NA for KCP's customer portal and provide input for the functional innovation to drive the customer experience.

  • Strategy & Product Roadmap - Identify and prioritize with regional stakeholders (sales, marketing, finance, RGM, OTC, etc.) the functionality and feature requirements for portal and its ability to drive the region's CX strategy.
  • Work closely with Global CX Portal Product Manager and DTS Portal engineering leaders to manage the regional portal strategic features requirements & enhancements.
  • Project Business Case, Prioritization & Approval - Collaborate with global portal product team and regional stakeholders to create business cases to be prioritized on the roadmap. Making thoughtful tradeoffs to balance quality, customer value, and schedule.
  • Support and collaborate with global product & engineering teams to value stream map key operational and functionality processes to assist global teams in product development for portal and digital transformation of regional operations thru the portal.
  • Product Roadmap Delivery - Drive regional feature progress & development transparency for regional portal product roadmap to ensure alignment with regional peers and global portal teams.
  • Report to regional leadership regularly on portal performance and impact on region's projects or goals (ex., regional CX goals or commercial goals)
  • Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for KCP NA portal's performance, project roadmap milestones and customer/user insights.

The successful candidate will join the Kimberly Clark Professional North America Customer Experience and Marketing Team and report to the Associate Director.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree required in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline with 7+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Prefer 5+ years of experience managing initiatives for a B2B or B2C website, customer hub/portal or other customer-facing applications/technology.
  • Ideal experience includes working previously for a manufacturer or distributor in a product manager, customer services manager, product owner, engineering manager or solutions architect role.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously while also being highly collaborative with an affinity for building relationships across teams including business partners, external agencies, and vendors.
  • A team player with high energy who is self-motivated, and performance/results driven.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and is a creative problem solver.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, and resilience under pressure
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders to prioritize effectively while managing diverse needs of a growing business.
  • Experience of working in an AGILE environment.
