Mueller's Learning & Development Manager will focus on the Company's learning and development needs for various functions and roles, as determined by the business's talent needs.
This role will be proactive in establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with, and providing support to, HR staff, management and the leadership teams at each Plant and the Corporate office.
The position requires ability to participate in the strategic design of programs as well as tactical execution.
The role will also be curator of culture as all development tools and programs will tie directly to Mueller Values and competencies. By leading the learning and development processes and initiatives, the Company's talent needs and development opportunities for employees will be enhanced.
