Learning Program Manager - Data Licensing

Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Ideal candidates must live within 50 miles of our Wilmington, DE or Newton, MA PulsePoint location.

Job Summary: Responsible for enabling business growth and a high-performing organizational culture by managing and delivering world-class learning and development programs that attract, grow and retain a diverse, top talent leadership pipeline.

We are looking for a learning program architect with extensive expertise in large datasets, data licensing and data analytics to design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning programs that enable our employees and our customers to harness the power of our data products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in big data technologies, instructional design, and adult learning principles.

How you will make an impact:

  • Implement and manage Enterprise People Leader capability programs and experiences to achieve business growth plans, achieve gold standard customer experiences and enable a high-performing culture.
  • Manage leadership program cohort schedules and participant-related efforts including communications, requests, and resources. Implement measurement strategies that measure the impact of the learning and development programs.
  • Oversee program data management and reporting to ensure accurate reporting and program projections to multiple levels and areas of the business.
  • Provide program management for all operational aspects of a learning and development program including project management, resource and vendor management, program budget, event logistics, etc.
  • Consult and partner with business leadership, HR Business partners, and Talent Centers of Expertise to: Gather voice of the customer feedback and insights to refine and ensure people leader capability programs and experiences remain relevant and impactful for the business.
  • Ensure alignment of leadership development program goals, outputs, and measurement with overall talent strategy and key talent segments.
  • Program Design and Development: Architect and design innovative learning programs and curriculum focused on data licensing, use, technologies and methodologies. Develop engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, tutorials, and hands-on labs. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements related across the organization and with external customers. Leverage data analytics to measure and analyze the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
  • Content Delivery: Facilitate training sessions, both in-person and virtually, ensuring an engaging and effective learning experience. Utilize a variety of instructional techniques to cater to different learning styles and preferences.
  • Technology Integration: Integrate big data tools and platforms into learning experiences to provide practical, real-world applications. Stay updated with the latest advancements in data licensing technologies and continuously incorporate them into the training curriculum.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Requires BA/BS degree in business, education, instructional design, or other learning discipline and a minimum of 3 years of leadership and high potential development experience, or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experience:
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering learning solutions focused on Big Data
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
