Ultimate Staffing is partnered with one of South Florida's top law firms in Down-Town West Palm Beach, FL. We are currently looking for a full time Legal Secretary to cover a sick leave.

Legal Secretary Location: West Palm Beach

Legal Secretary is required to:

• Answer phone
• e-file
• help drafting letter
• administrative support to the managing partner

Legal Secretary Qualifications & Experience:

• At least 1 year experience working with cases in pre-suit.
• Able to effectively use Microsoft Office Suite and Legal Document Management Software.
• Excellent writing and organizational skills.

Legal Assistant Details:

• $22-$25/hr.
• Schedule: Mon-Fri regular office hours (Not Remote)
