The Logistics Analyst reporting to the Corporate Logistics Manager, will assist, support, and creatively contribute towards the Company's efforts around end-to-end Supply Chain Management. Logistics Analyst will support the Supply Chain operations, finance, distribution, logistics, and sourcing functions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage and analyze supply chain data
  • Develop, maintain, and distribute Supply Chain Reports and Dashboards
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis for management as needed
  • Track cost savings opportunities and other KPIs
  • Recommend continuous improvements to boost performance and reduce costs
    • Transform data insights to actionable items that support organizational goals and initiatives
    • Consistently generate new ideas for Logistics & Transportation projects, cost savings, and best practices
  • Collaborate across teams to implement new datasets
  • Communicate with stakeholders to gather their requirements for establishing a new dataset
  • Compare the shipping data and freight cost between multiple data sources and validate it
  • Track the company's delivery of products and targeted service levels to the customer. (95% On-Time Delivery)
  • Assist with carrier on-boarding process and carrier negotiations and RFQs.
  • Provide project management and support for supply chain initiatives and goals
  • Assist in the management of Supply Chain partners and technology vendors
  • Investigate supply chain inefficiencies and develop solutions to create value
  • Communicate with other departments within the organization to identify efficiency issues, develop solutions, and implement changes
  • Help Desk Support for shipping teams

Qualifications
  • 1 - 4 years of experience with supply chain and transportation management and data analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Proven analytical ability and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • SQL experience useful or equivalent data coding skills
  • Experience with Advanced Excel functions, Tableau , Power BI and/or QuickSight
  • Familiarity with an ERP System (JDE preferred, Oracle, SAP, or similar)
  • Must have BI Database experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills including the ability to present to management and executives

Preferred Qualifications
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel and data modeling skills
  • Ability to recognize, diagnose, and troubleshoot problems
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage large sets of data
  • Ability to follow and create standard work processes
  • Deep data analytics experience preferred
  • Extensive project management experience a plus
  • Lean Six Sigma certification a plus
