Pay range: 21.00/hour
Schedule: 8:00am-5:30pm, Monday-Friday
Location: Eden Prairie, MN -Onsite In Office

Job Duties/Description:
- In this role you will be performing basic operational tasks to ensure that we meet the transportation needs of customers and carriers.
- Create orders, provide shipment information, activate shipments, build and assign loads.
- Schedule appointments, track/trace shipments, and enter events and invoices.
- Monitor task boards and email accounts and respond to customer and carrier requests.
- Enter and update the database with knowledge obtained through SOPs and experience and, when required, follow defined escalation procedures and training.
- Follow through on customer or carrier requests to ensure satisfaction. Escalate questions or requests when necessary.
- Validate and ensure the accuracy of load data in systems according to company and customer standards.
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service in a call center or similar environment with good longevity in previous employment.
- Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, prioritize work with good time management skills.
- Prior work experience that required attention to detail and accurace
