Job Description
Position Overview: The purpose of this position is to coordinate LP leak check appointments via phone contact with LP customers, for LP Safety Technicians.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Include but are not limited to
- Schedule customer appointments and reminder notifications
- Handle incoming calls in timely and professional manner
- Communicate important information to safety technicians
- Process electronic files to customer accounts
- Submit documentation to appropriate sources
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written, communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work well within strict time frames
- Detail oriented with the ability to process work accurately with minimal errors
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with limited supervision
- The ability to schedule appointments efficiently for the technician
- Work well in a team environment
- Strong conflict resolution skills
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
- Sitting for prolonged periods of time
