The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.
What will you do?
- Lead projects within the HSO Strategic Portfolio that deliver measurable business results leveraging the approved tools of the organization
- Lead experienced and senior teams to capture inputs that will lead to developing new solutions to strategic problems
- Create and implement comprehensive change management strategies and plans that drive organizational adoption and integration of new solutions, ensuring employees develop the skills, behaviors, and competencies required for successful implementation
- Facilitate and manage change initiatives across the organization to ensure alignment with business objectives, and measure the impact of changes on employee performance and business outcomes
- Educate and support teams on change management best practices, tools, and methodologies throughout project execution, ensuring the successful adoption of new processes and systems
- Analyze these emerging solutions, within a project, to make recommendations for change and to document those business and technology proposals
- Develop implementation plans including necessary metrics, scorecards, and operating systems to drive sustainability of improvement
- Develop and refine competencies in project management, portfolio governance and technology planning
- Support HSO knowledge and collaboration initiatives
- Develop new HSO methods, tools and educational materials
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA strongly preferred
- Project Management (ex PMP) or Change Management (ex ProSci) certification a plus
- M&A integration experience and prior consulting experience with a focus on change management is a plus
- Financial Experience is a plus
- Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
- 3-5+ years' experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or in-house consulting team
- Prior experience in large scale (multi-disciplinary, multi-year multi-$M budget) change management projects and implementations
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement change management processes, methods, and tools to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness
- Experience in driving and facilitating organizational change, including managing resistance and fostering employee engagement
- Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs
- Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets
- Adapts area/departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges
- Identifies and resolves technical, operational and organizational problems
- Adjusts quickly to new or changing work environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Applies management expertise to set direction, resolve problems and provide guidance to employees in own area of responsibility or department
- Excellent interpersonal, counseling, negotiation, and customer service skills

Click here for Washington State benefit information.Pay:We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $112,160.00 - $176,645.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
