Position Purpose:

The purpose of this position is to supervise the facility's engineering and maintenance processes for Lebanon, Indiana facility This position manages the design, implementation and maintenance of all tooling and equipment used in the plant. This position is responsible for ensuring all manufacturing engineering and maintenance processes are efficient and effective.

Major Responsibilities:

• Identify capital equipment needed to support enhanced productivity, quality, capacity, new products and regulatory compliance.
• Generate CERs including cost justifications to support capital expenditures and implement approved upgrades.
• Direct the Maintenance Dept. and other personnel as needed in the maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment to ensure safe reliable operations. Oversee the establishment of a periodic preventive maintenance program and manage its progress.
• Ensure Lebanon plant complies with safety and environmental regulations.
• Evaluate and implement cost reduction programs. Solicit and encourage input from salaried and hourly employees
• Employee Involvement Teams. Monitor and report on progress of cost reduction programs.

• Control manufacturing processes and act as principal liaison with various design groups so that existing facilities and equipment are optimized and so that new product design makes most effective use of available capabilities.

• BS in Engineering or related technical field is required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Plant Manufacturing Engineering position.
• 3 years supervisor experience.
• Direct manufacturing supervisory experience required.
• Prior knowledge of GD&T
