Apply now for the position of Marketing Coordinator, Ultrasound and you will join our Ultrasound Marketing team based in Issaquah, WA contributing to enhancing overall marketing operations and processes at Siemens Healthineers, while also making a significant impact that drives positive change and leads to improved financial results.

This is a hybrid position in our Issaquah, WA office.

Your Role:

  • Support the efforts of the marketing team by coordinating the logistics and planning of conferences, tradeshows, and customer visits to our Issaquah office, which includes developing agendas, curating, and gathering content, managing attendee experience as well as key stakeholder participation.
  • Lead efforts to manage and fulfill request for proposals (RFP) from customers in North America by gathering the appropriate information from documented sources as well as coordinating input from various subject matter experts in a timely fashion to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure our sales team can accurately configure and quote our ultrasound product line in North America by managing all aspects of our ultrasound price book - includes working with marketing, finance, and business operations to ensure accuracy and timely entry.

  • Outstanding communications skills- written and verbal.
  • Team player with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and thrive in a highly collaborative, fast paced environment.
  • Self-starter with strong analytical skills and the desire to identify and improve processes where needed.

Required Skills, Education and Experience for this position:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of business experience.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment and manage the planning and execution of multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel 20-25% of time.
The pay range for this position $74,000.00 to $84,000.00 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed. The annual incentive target is 5% of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
