Marketing Database Assistant Needed for a 4 week project in Carpinteria

4 - 6 weeks project

$22 - $25/hour

Monday - Friday

8:00am - 4:30pm

Job Summary:

Marketing Database Assistant

• We have a massive database that is out of date and needs to be updated. It starts in CUT/SmartSheet.
• You should be great at Excel, have project management skills and be very detailed orientated.
• Software savvy, detailed and database management experienced.
• If in the 4 weeks we get through all this information and have additional time, help will be needed in our Financial Centers.
• This requires reviewing the website, ensuring it is documented on CUT, submitting content to core (our system related to Compliance Reviews), for approval and having any necessary updates made.
