Established company is seeking a Medical Bilingual Spanish Receptionist. Pay ranges from $20-23/hr.

Job Duties

• Greet patients and check them in.
• Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain and update patient records.
• Process insurance claims and verify coverage.
• Collect co-pays and payments from patients.
• Coordinate referrals and communicate with other providers.
• Use EHR systems to manage patient data.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred.
• Previous experience in a medical office or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in office software and EHR systems.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Compassionate and patient-focused demeanor.
• Optional: Certification as a medical receptionist or medical administrative assistant.
