Compensation: $17.50/hr

The Medication Refill Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate schedules for assigned providers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - JOB SPECIFIC:

* Utilize necessary coordination tools to be used for working specific staff schedules
* Answer incoming calls regarding medication refill submissions
* Monitor medication refill submissions daily
* Schedule ROH bridge sessions in addition to ongoing outpatient services as requested
* Provide follow-up on designated clients requiring specific support (appts., tests, etc.)
* Ensure schedules are filled to necessary capacity
* Coordinate with necessary team members when errors are found verifying that error gets fixed timely
* Explain Open Access process to any caller needing to start services with Compass Health
* Verify and update name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and insurance on each call
* Other duties as assigned

High School/GED required

* Experience in a medical-setting preferred
* Must have attention to detail, well-developed organizational skills, and the ability to listen well and concisely
articulate problems/solutions
