Grocery Product & Trade Manager:
CAVA is a fast-growing culinary brand with a portfolio of fast-casual restaurants and a packaged goods line dedicated to fresh, Mediterranean-inspired, better-for-you cuisine. Our grocery business continues to grow, and this role will work with commercial leadership to make smart decisions, build data-based stories, and collaborate with both internal teams and external channel partners to expand our CPG business.

What You'll Do:
• Identify and evaluate meaningful product and sales opportunities to drive growth and profitability. Lead the development and execution for a subset of these initiatives
• Lead regular business reviews for the portfolio and key customer partners. Many of these will come to life as visually-compelling presentations
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activities to inform product decisions
• Monitor product performance and adjust strategies as needed
• Integrate data from internal and external sources (including Nielsen, customer portals, internal sales data) to inform decision-making and build data-based sales stories
• Work effectively within our Enterprise Resource Planning system, including maintaining and adding customer information and working with the team to identify and execute improvements
• Build and strengthen our relationships with key distributors and broker sales partners
• Identify marketing support tools required and work with internal creative team to scope and execute projects
• Develop and manage a library of resources for sales partners and internal teams
• Collaborate across departments to ensure successful product, retailer and initiative launches
• Conduct impactful and meaningful DE&I conversations within team and organization
• Maintain emotional stability in stressful situations; lead by example for how our team should handle adversity
• Manage timeline expectations within and across teams, deliver on our responsibilities accordingly
• Earn the trust of Team Members and Managers by consistently embracing CAVA's values
• Show discipline in bringing consistent performance, communication, and attitude to the job every day
• Recognize the emotional stake each Team Member has in personal and organizational success of this business
The Qualifications:
• 5 years of experience in product management or trade marketing in consumer goods. Experience working with shorter shelf life product is a bonus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus!)
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with various data sources, including POS data (such as Nielsen, IRI, SPINS)
• Proficiency with data analysis tools, ERP systems, and customer data platforms
• Excellent communication skills, including an ability to build a cohesive story with both data and qualitative elements
• A collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
Physical Requirements:
• Ability to maintain stationary position to be able to operate a computer and other office equipment
• Must be able to identify, analyze and assess details
• Ability to communicate with others and exchange information accurately and effectively
• Constantly positions self and move about to support ordinary restaurant or food production support or office operations, as applicable
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner
