Job Title: Network Engineer

Location: Iselin, NJ

About the Role: Seeking a Network Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate, install, support, and maintain network infrastructure with a focus on enterprise networks. You will support our Data Center transitions into a new operating model, providing technical support to end users through troubleshooting network and system applications. You will integrate, consolidate, and maintain network services across routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless devices. You will also design, implement, and validate network solutions in accordance with our latest architectural standards and best practices. Internet designs and migrations must be executed during business-approved change windows (non-business hours).

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Network Engineering.
• Contribute to large-scale planning related to Network Engineering deliverables.
• Review and analyze Network Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Resolve moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Network Engineering deliverables.
• Collaborate with client personnel in Network Engineering.

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Network Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, consulting, training, military experience, or education.
• 3+ years of experience designing and implementing LAN/WAN/Datacenter solutions for large enterprise environments.
• 3+ years of experience with IP routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, Static), specializing in DDoS mitigation strategies and configuring ACLs.
• 3+ years of experience with configuration of routing and switching platforms, specifically Cisco Nexus and/or Arista product lines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CCNA, CCNP/DP, or CCIE Certification (Datacenter preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience creating and updating technical design documentation.
• Experience working in a Product/Agile environment using Atlassian Jira.
• Familiarity with Change control processes (ServiceNow).
• Excellent documentation and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Visio Professional.
• Experience with regulatory and auditor collaboration.
• Scripting experience with YAML, Python, Ansible, or GitHub.
• Ability to make quick decisions in a high-volume hosting environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to coordinate, document, and drive flawless execution.
