Large manufacturing company is looking for an Office Administrator.
This is an on-site full-time position M-F 8am-5pm
Job Description ~
The Office Administrator's role will include working closely with our leadership team by handling time-sensitive clerical duties, providing administrative support, and being the first point of contact for our company.
Responsibilities ~
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Carrying out administrative duties such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, responding to emails (Outlook), and preparing documents (Word/PowerPoint).
- Performing bookkeeping tasks such as receiving/printing vendor invoices (Outlook), matching vendor invoices to appropriate receiving documents, updating status of materials received (QuickBooks), tracking project progression from proposal through shipping, and other support as needed.
- Assisting with Human Resources administrative tasks such as filing employee-related documents, scheduling interviews/tests, helping with insurance open enrollment, and other support as needed.
- Creating informational Power Point presentations.
- Provide administrative support for our operations team.
- Maintaining general office files, including vendor files and other files related to the company's operations.
Requirements ~
- High school diploma or some college in business, administration, or a related field.
- 2 or more years' office administration experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point).
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
- Bookkeeping and/or Human Resources administrative experience preferred
