Job Overview
Beacon Hill is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting and Administrative Assistant to support our clients growing team. This role will be split evenly between transactional accounting tasks and administrative support, with occasional backup duties for logistics. This is a full-time, in-office position.
Key Responsibilities
Transactional Accounting (50%)
- Process cash applications, accounts receivable, and collections.
- Enter invoices accurately and maintain thorough records.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date data in QuickBooks and review work completed by interns.
Administrative Support (50%)
- Manage schedules and calendars for the CEO, coordinating meetings and events.
- Assist the CEO with general tasks, including creating presentations, preparing travel arrangements, and organizing trade shows.
- Schedule and manage training sessions for staff as needed.
Logistics (As Needed)
- Assemble kits, package, and ship items using FedEx.
- Manage labeling and ordering of inventory.
Qualifications

Experience in transactional accounting, particularly accounts receivable, invoicing, and using QuickBooks.

Strong organizational skills for managing schedules, travel, and presentations.

Attention to detail for handling logistics and data entry.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
