Primary Care of Rochester
Primary Care of Rochester is a comprehensive primary care practice in a comfortable, family-focused environment. Our providers offer physicals, preventative healthcare, and immunizations, as well as treatments for chronic illnesses and injuries.

The OpportunityWe are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Office RN or LPN to support our Primary Care team! Our practice is located at 150 Marketplace Blvd, Unit 9, Rochester NH. The desired schedule is onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm.
The RN or LPN will handle patient interactions via telephone, provide advice in accordance with clinical protocols, and coordinate proper disposition. Calls are related to patient concerns and education, appointments, pre and post procedures, inpatient admissions, prescription refills, and test results. This RN or LPN will also administer and maintain vaccine inventory and room patients.
We do our best to keep all employees in their assigned practices and locations; however, you may also be asked to float to other departments in the WHP system when appropriate and needed during times of staffing shortages/other extenuating circumstances for cross-coverage purposes and to ensure adequate coverage and support.
Qualifications Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required
- Current, active license as either a Registered Nurse or Practical Nurse
- Community-based ambulatory nursing experience, preferably in a primary care or urgent care setting
