Job Duties:

  • Supervise 6 employees from different departments.
  • Oversee customer service, business development, and operational activities.
  • Handling all customer service issues, managing existing contracts, requests for proposals (RFPs),
  • Collaborating closely with the CEO to manage negotiations.
  • Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to approve budgets and financial plans for projects
  • Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors.
  • Oversee and improve customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer service issues and complaints, ensuring effective resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
  • Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the business to ensure smooth progress.
  • Foster strong relationships with key accounts and external partners/vendors, ensuring contractual agreements are beneficial and upheld.
  • Evaluate overall company performance by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data and metrics.
  • Ensure that the company operates in legality and conformity to established regulations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience, including at least 3 years in a cross-functional leadership role (Operations leadership experience preferred).
  • Experience in Transportation or Logistics industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
  • Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g. ERP, CRM)
  • Evidence of building a high-performance leadership team
Additional Info:
  • Pay range: $65k-$80k (depending on experience)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Location: In Office - New Brighton area
