This is a hybrid role located in or near Allentown, PA. with a 25% domestic travel expectation.
Your Role:
In this role, you will be tasked with designing, implementing, and optimizing Operational Technology (OT) systems that monitor and control industrial processes across our global manufacturing and R&D facilities. A primary focus will be on integrating OT systems with corporate IT to ensure seamless data flow, interoperability, and compliance with global standards.
You will play a crucial role in modernizing OT infrastructure by transitioning legacy systems to advanced digital platforms and integrating essential OT systems such as SCADA, DCS, Data Historians, and LIMS.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing the secure implementation and management of IT/OT infrastructure across various regional sites. This entails ensuring the effective deployment and integration of OT systems within the corporate IT network in accordance with global standards. You will also provide guidance to local teams in migrating legacy systems to contemporary digital plant infrastructure. Additionally, you will support the management of the OT system lifecycle, ensuring adherence to cybersecurity and operational standards. Acting as a liaison between regional sites and global strategies, you will gather site-specific requirements. Furthermore, you will facilitate training for site personnel on best practices in OT system management and compliance, as well as assist with OT systems audits and compliance efforts.
