JOB SUMMARY

  • Data management and analysis focused on Strategic Discipline, Customer Success and Continuous Improvement elements of NBS Next
  • Drive profitable growth by enhancing the availability of data within PowerBI to assist Divisional Leadership team to make effective data-based decisions


ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports by identifying business requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders across the enterprise
  • Consolidate and ensure the integrity of data for the EFD Division
  • Develop processes for effective data analysis and reporting enabling others to perform self-service analytics
  • Manage reporting as required by the EFD Division while working with others on driving consistent reporting across the MFS segment
  • Implement transactional scorecard to Identify 80/20 opportunities to streamline and simplify transactions
  • Provide support and train others in the effective use of PowerBI and AFO
  • Full-time on-site presence

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree or related work experience in data analytics, economics, statistics or equivalent
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, DAX, and Power BI
  • Professional experience in process development and data management preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
  • Ideally experience in project management
  • Preferred knowledge of SAP, EIQ and Business warehouse

SKILLS & ABILITIES
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis
  • Strong analytical thinking, good communication skills and precise work style, able to cope with tight deadlines
  • Ability to interpret report data and present on findings and respond to questions from managers or other internal customers
  • Sound judgment and reasoning ability to escalate sensitive, urgent matters to appropriate personnel for resolution
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and follow through skills a must
  • Passion for the customer and action-oriented
  • Ability to work well within all organizational layers up to and including senior management
