POSITION PURPOSE:
This role will be responsible for the coordination and communication around system changes and necessary documentation for any Materials systems or technologies. In this role, the Supervisor will gather, document, and organize the technical priorities for changes, and distribute this information in a clean manner that enables key stakeholders to make decisions. The role will supervise a documentation and implementation specialist. With this, the role will be responsible for guiding the requirements for documentation and leading the efforts in creating it.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to excel at the essential functions assigned. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.



Experience
* 4-7 years of experience in manufacturing or technology related field
* Experience working in a multiple plant/location structure
* Track record of successful project management and team leadership
* Hands on experience and understanding of ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
* Experience with developing and managing scorecards that supports implementation programs



Skills
* Excellent personal computer skills in a network environment
* Highly-detail oriented and must be able to work independently
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required
* Excellent planning and organization skills, and the ability to understand broad business needs
* Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. SQL is a plus.
* A strong persistence and desire to make change.
* Must operate efficiently and effective within a team environment with the ability to flex and adapt as needed



Education
* Undergraduate degree in technology or business-related field. Experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.





ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Strict adherence to and promotion of the company's core values, CITE Principles, and culture.
* Create a shared understanding between the Materials and Information Technology organizations around key projects, priorities, and strategic direction.
* Coordinate efforts with stakeholders for the planning, execution, and implementation of desired system changes.
* Lead a change management meeting to discuss and understand the needs from across the organization for system changes.
* Communicate to key stakeholders regarding the current list of priorities and the progress made towards these priorities.
* Assure system changes flow smoothly through the change process to move the business forward.
* Drive excellence in change requirement identification and project classification.
* Define the right level of documentation to meet the business needs for our online help documentation, as well as documentation requirements on a per project basis.
* Supervise a documentation and system implementation resource, with goal setting and work planning. Assist in the development of documentation when the workload requires it.
* Supervisory Responsibilities:
* This position will supervise 1-2 direct reports





SCOPE - EXPECATIONS:
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk or hear; and occasionally required to sit
* The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms
* Typical office environment and use all required PPE
* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
* Reports to: RFID Program Manager
* Occasional weekend work may be required
* Travel Requirements:
o Less than 25% travel can be expected
