Baer is looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR-Benefits Consultant for an 18-month Federal remote project.

Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR-Benefits Consultant
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 18 months
Rate: All-inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C (Vendors Not Permitted)

Description:

• Prepare comprehensive documentation of business processes and system configurations. Identify gaps and recommend solutions to bridge them.
• Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet business needs.
• Create and manage test data to simulate various business scenarios, ensuring thorough testing of system functionalities.
• Execute system tests and compare actual results with expected outcomes. Work to resolve any discrepancies, ensuring the system meets the desired specifications.
• Collaborate with the Test Lead to review test packages and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
• Partner with business function owners to develop system test conditions and scripts. Help them understand system functionalities and implications for their processes.
• Investigate issues encountered during testing and propose effective solutions. Ensure any changes are aligned with business objectives and system requirements.
• Develop designs for system modifications and enhancements, considering their impact on the broader system architecture.
• Offer expert guidance to application developers, reviewing their work to ensure consistency with the overall system design and business requirements.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR modules.
• Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits, including configuration and maintenance.
• Strong skills in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to align IT solutions with business processes and objectives.
• Experience in creating functional designs that meet business needs and technical constraints.
