Position Overview

CUMULUS MEDIA | Dallas is seeking a talented Paid Media Specialist to join our dynamic digital team. If you are passionate about digital marketing and have a knack for driving successful campaigns, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

What You'll Do:

  • PPC Campaign Management: Design, manage, and optimize high-impact PPC campaigns that drive traffic, increase conversions, and boost ROI. Utilize advanced keyword research to identify opportunities and develop targeted ad groups.
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute compelling social media marketing strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Leverage audience insights to create content that resonates and drives high engagement.
  • Targeted Display & Email Marketing: Create and oversee targeted display advertising and email marketing campaigns that effectively reach and engage specific audience segments. Continuously analyze performance metrics to refine and optimize campaigns.
  • CTV Campaign Implementation: Plan and execute cutting-edge Connected TV (CTV) campaigns that enhance brand visibility and audience reach. Use audience data to fine-tune targeting strategies for maximum effectiveness.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing with hands-on experience in PPC, social media marketing, targeted display, email marketing, and CTV campaigns.
  • Strong background in campaign management and optimization, with a demonstrated ability to drive measurable results.
  • Advanced skills in keyword research and the ability to identify and capitalize on high-impact opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of audience segmentation and how to leverage data-driven insights to create highly effective marketing strategies.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
  • A creative thinker with a passion for developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
