Location: Wayne, PA
Description: Currently looking for Paraeducators in Wayne, PA for the upcoming school year! In this position, you will be working in a special education classroom at an Elementary School.
Shift: Monday-Friday, school hours
Job Summary: Work with special needs students providing behavior and academic support and assist in implementing an effective educational programs for the students assigned by their case manager/behaviorist. Assist in providing instruction and meeting special needs which includes feeding, toileting, positioning, and monitoring health conditions of students with disabilities.
Responsibilities include:
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have experience with children, students, or general caregiving of any age.
- Preferred: experience with Autistic Support, Special Education, or Behavioral Health/Mental Health
- First Aid Certificate including CPR
