Job Summary
- Provides general maintenance and support to Indiana University's tech park facilities, including Cyberinfrastructure building, and Global Network Operations Center building.
- Monitors and responds to tickets in ServiceNow for requests from staff regarding facility issues, event setups, and assistance with moving furniture/equipment.
- Receives, sorts and delivers mail to mailboxes.
- Manages dock for the confirmation and delivery of packages/equipment ordered by staff.
- Backs up to Data Center Dock Inventory Coordinator.
- Maintains cleanliness of buildings and duties as assigned.
QualificationsEDUCATION
Required- High school diploma or equivalent (such as HSED or GED)

Working Conditions / DemandsThe person in this position must have the ability to move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
