Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to jump into a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Payroll Clerk in the Sacramento area to help keep the wheels turning smoothly for our client's payroll operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for employees with precision and timeliness.
• Handle payroll adjustments, garnishments, and timecard discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Assist with payroll reporting and data entry.
• Collaborate with HR and Accounting to resolve payroll-related questions.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous payroll experience (1-2 years preferred).
• Proficiency in payroll software (ADP, Paycom, or similar).
• Strong attention to detail and a knack for numbers.
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
