WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:
People Coordinators are every new employee's "first friend" at VEG. They should provide a seamless experience that makes them brag about their job, before they even start. While there are many onboarding tasks to complete, the experience should feel effortless to the new hire. People Coordinators are also accountable for ensuring accurate data and task completion to support the People Team in a timely manner through the use of proactive and friendly communications.
