Job Description Summary / TWC Summary:

Under general supervision ppatrols operations, oversees patrol operations and all communication units, Telecommunications (Police dispatch), video patrol, and emergency command center. Training coordinator, hiring manager, and audit overtime payments.

Essential Duties Summary:

• Oversees Police Patrol Operations.
• Oversees Police Dispatch and Video Patrol.
• Training Coordinator.
• Hiring Manager Audit Overtime payments, approve/deny requests for training and secondary employment.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Hiring Range:

$41.99 - $53.54

Education:

Bachelor's degree and extensive training and/or specialized advanced certification and/or licensing AND ten (10) years of experience as a commissioned officer, during which no less than one year served at the next lower rank.

Required Licensing/Certification:

• Licensed as a Texas peace officer through the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Education.
• Master peace officer certification
• Valid Texas Driver's License.
• FBI LEEDA "trilogy Award"
• Field Training Officer
• ICS Command
• TCOLE Instructor
