The PIVO supports all movement of product within Production and Shipping departments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare shipping orders with forklift - use work documents to accurately pull customer orders. Ensure correct parts and quantities are being pulled. Provide weights and dimensions of pallet for billing. Correctly label all pallets.
- Ship orders with forklift - Pull materials as needed for Production orders in a timely manner. Manage all warehouse movements on RF devices. Properly package any materials that are being shipped out of the warehouse.
- Utilize forklift to load and unload trucks as well as put away product into the rack locations.
- Perform daily equipment checks at the start of the shift.
- Operate all vehicles safely and within the prescribed policies and procedures.
- Must be able to obtain and keep a forklift license.
- Will perform other duties as assigned by Team Lead, Warehouse Supervisor or Warehouse Manager.
- Ability to work in a team environment or as an individual. Must have a positive attitude and willingness to exceed goals.
- Have the ability to lift, push, pull or move up to 70 lbs.
Warehouse and production environments where temperatures may vary from hot and humid to cooler working conditions. Will be exposed to outside temperatures. Will work in an environment that may be dusty and dirty. May work in wet weather conditions. May be required to sit for long periods of time.
