Our client is seeking a dedicated Production Designer to join their dynamic team. This role requires a professional with 4-8 years of experience, possessing fundamental design skills and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively under pressure, maintaining professionalism in high-stress situations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of portfolio packaging standards
- Collaborate with partners to develop brand-relevant solutions, ensuring the integrity of the existing brand across multiple packaging formats and categories
- Create presentation decks, mock-ups, and other materials to support approval processes
- Present concepts and creative work in an organized and effective manner to packaging partners
- Work closely with global teams to execute production files
- Interpret feedback and design critique to make timely updates to work in progress
- Manage assets; maintain and update all standards, toolkits, and support documentation
- Proof all vendor-produced artwork to ensure consistency with brand standards
- Organize and plan details for multiple projects to meet deadlines, integrating and balancing competing priorities

Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Photoshop
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of MAC applications
- Comfort with online collaboration tools like Zoom, Teams, Miro, Slack, Concept board

The successful candidate will drive continual improvement by defining quality standards and best practices, staying current with the latest industry, style, and graphic trends. This role requires a strong attention to detail to ensure the quality and accuracy of work. A background check will be required for this position.
