Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in Southern Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the beverage, food, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry, with a proven track record of leadership and attention to detail. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and optimizing efficiency.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production goals.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety standards.
• Train, schedule, and evaluate production staff.
• Implement and maintain Lean Six Sigma practices to improve processes and reduce waste.
• Monitor production metrics and report on performance.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• BS Degree or AA degree is preferred. Company will look at stable job history.
• Previous experience in the beverage, food, or CPG industry is required.
• Strong leadership skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is beneficial.
• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree preferred; relevant work experience will be considered.
• Stable job history with demonstrated experience in training, scheduling, and evaluations.
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards is a plus.
• Must be open to working various shifts.
