To provide advanced project management and leadership skills to deliver complex projects and programs that drive business success.

Essential Functions:

• Lead strategic projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
• Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, budget, and risk management strategies.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify project priorities and deliverables.
• Guide and mentor junior project managers, providing direction and support.
• Ensure that project outcomes meet quality, timing, and cost expectations.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Advanced knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a strategic and analytical mindset.
• Ability to build relationships, influence, and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to drive change and lead organizational transformations.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in business or related quantitative discipline.

Minimum Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, strategic planning, business analysis, or related fields.
• Extensive experience in the development and management of complex projects involving cross-functional teams.
• Strong experience using project management software and tools, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for projects.

Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the salary information represents the job level minimum and the job level maximum. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law. An employee may be eligible for additional pay, premiums, or bonus potential. The Company offers eligible employees health, vision and dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay: $64,371.12 to $113,722.32 annually
