RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join their team on a short-term remote contract basis!Summary:The Senior Program Manager will develop the strategy, objectives, prioritization, and roadmap for the project/program and be an ambassador for them. They will create and maintain standards for collaboration and optimizing information flows for the program and establish and maintain a clear governance model to support effective decision-making and transparent information sharing between different contributing groups.REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business or related field
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in a senior program management or business operations role, especially in a software development context, with demonstrated ability to work independently, yet collaboratively
- Experience working in a cross-functional environment with product management, design, development, engineering, research, and analytics
- Experience independently executing complex projects/programs in a change-oriented, fast-paced cross functional environment
- Superb self-management and self-organization; Highly competent in structuring your own and others' focus and capacity on the vital few
- Excellent communication skills; Able to adapt communication for each audience and channel; Experience building executive level communication and assets
- Operational mindset; Experience creating and driving processes which smooth execution without creating undue burden; Ability to maintain order in times of ambiguity and changing priorities.
- Ability to work courageously and proactively to define and contain complex problems, prioritize effectively, and deliver quickly
- Ability to influence outcomes and people without relying on reporting lines or organizational hierarchy
- Employs an Agile and Lean approach to delivering value, and a growth mindset when adapting to change and managing complexity
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
