After 7 years of service in an eligible position an employee's eligible children may be awarded up to half of Colgate's tuition to attend an accredited college, university or trade school of their choice.

Accountabilities:The Program Manager is primarily responsible for the successful administration of assigned Colgate faculty-led programs. Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
Program Management
Description:Demonstrated understanding of a wide variety of international programs in assigned regions, including Colgate study groups and approved programs. Ability to work with faculty to plan all aspects of taking students abroad including curriculum proposals, course materials, managing budgets and financial transactions, travel logistics, advising on visas, etc. Capable of cultivating and maintaining professional relationships with service providers, international university administrators and campus partners.

Description:Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and finances for a portfolio of international programs using university financial systems. Ability to manage day-to-day internal operations.

Description:Ability to analyze data to evaluate university programs.

Description:Demonstrated ability to understand and apply academic requirements, policies and procedures for international programs. Ability to monitor program enrollments over time. Demonstrated ability to use application processes and systems.

Description:Demonstrated ability to advise a diverse student population on a wide variety of international programs. Ability to match students' academic, personal interests and financial situation to appropriate international program(s). Ability to develop and execute events to market and promote study abroad. Ability to design and deliver orientation programs to prepare students for study abroad experience.

Description:Knowledge in university crisis management policies and procedures. Ability to advise students about known risks at assigned program sites. Ability to communicate with faculty director in the case of an emergency.
