Job Summary

Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies and Henry Company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager to serve as the key liaison between our organization and The Home Depot. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our strategic partnership programs, ensuring alignment between Henry's product offerings and Home Depot's business objectives. The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in program development, execution, and ongoing management, with a focus on achieving growth targets and fostering a successful partnership.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Program Development & Management

* Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive program strategies and roadmaps that align with The Henry Company's goals and The Home Depot's business objectives. Define program scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
* Program Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of programs from initial concept through implementation. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain, to ensure program success.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a of contact between The Henry Company and The Home Depot. Establish and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of both organizations.

Forecasting & Reporting

* Sales Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts based on market research, historical data, and trend analysis. Adjust forecasts as needed to reflect changes in market conditions or business priorities.
* Performance Reporting: Create and present detailed performance reports to internal and external stakeholders. Include key metrics such as sales performance, market share, customer feedback, and program effectiveness.
* Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to monitor program performance, identify trends, and uncover insights. Prepare recommendations for optimizing program strategies and addressing any issues.

Training & Support

* Training Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs for Home Depot associates. Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
* Ongoing Support: Provide ongoing support to Home Depot's sales and merchandising teams. Address any questions or concerns and offer solutions to ensure successful program implementation and product success.

Competitive & Marketing Analysis

* Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify competitive trends, market opportunities, and potential threats. Analyze competitors' products, pricing strategies, and market positions.
* Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute targeted marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to increase product visibility and drive sales. Collaborate with the Marketing team to create compelling advertising materials and promotions.
* Competitive Positioning: Define and communicate Henry's competitive advantages and value propositions. Develop strategies to differentiate Henry's products from competitors in the marketplace.

Promotion & Sales Support

* Promotional Activities: Plan and implement promotional activities such as sales events, product launches, and special offers. Work with Home Depot's marketing team to develop co-branded promotional materials.
* Sales Tools: Develop and provide sales tools and resources, including product brochures, sales presentations, and digital assets. Ensure Home Depot's sales teams have the necessary tools to effectively promote and sell Henry's products.
* Sales Strategy Support: Work with Home Depot's sales teams to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities. Offer strategic guidance and support to help meet or exceed sales targets.

Problem Solving

* Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address potential issues that may impact program success. Develop and implement solutions to resolve conflicts and overcome obstacles.
* Risk Management: Assess risks associated with program initiatives and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor risk factors throughout the program lifecycle and adjust plans as necessary.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Skills:

* Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion. Skilled in developing project plans, managing budgets, and coordinating cross-functional teams.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data interpretation, trend analysis, and forecasting. Proficiency with data analysis tools and techniques.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively present information to a variety of audiences and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* Training & Development: Experience in designing and delivering training programs. Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage and motivate training participants.
* Marketing & Sales: Knowledge of marketing principles and sales strategies. Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
* Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues. Ability to think critically and develop effective solutions.
* Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM systems and project management tools.

Education and Experience:

* Required:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, product management, or a similar role in the retail or manufacturing sectors.
* Preferred:

* An MBA or advanced degree
* Previous experience working with major retailers, especially The Home Depot, is highly desirable.
