BGIS is currently seeking a Program Manager- Standards, to join the team, Remote, US.

The Program Manager (Standards) supports client operations with the day-to-day coordination and implementation of activities pertaining to the oversight of the Standards and Procedures program. The Program Manager will be responsible for driving the development of the process / procedure library and training curriculum to align with data center services activities. They will also be responsible for managing the training program, which includes delivering the training across the organization and tracking training status.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Program Management - Standards

  • Drive the creation of technically accurate, complete and 'easy to understand' documents for data center operational procedures to align with industry standards and best practices.
  • Champion continuous improvement of existing standards.
  • Conduct and manage the annual standards reviews (revision of documents).
  • Providing guidance and assisting in the development, approval, and implementation of recent changes to various procedures (MOPs, SOPs, and EOPs).
  • Drive the development and implementation of standardized processes and procedures in compliance with client's standard policies.
  • Collaborate with client's data center services team to document and standardize all processes.
  • Contribute to the completion of other key initiatives as assigned.
Program Management - Training
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive training program on standardized processes and procedures.
  • Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online courses.
  • Conduct training sessions and deliver training curriculum for team members at all levels.
  • Oversee and manage Litmos training platform.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage accurate training records and track training status for team members.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE and ABILITIES
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Facilities Management, Engineering or equivalent field of study or work experience.
  • Working knowledge of data center operations and system configurations.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and standardization.
  • Ability to collaborate with subject matter experts to gather input and ensure accuracy of standards and training materials.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Visio along with working knowledge of SharePoint.
  • Experience with learning management systems (Litmos) is a plus.
  • Self-driven and high proficiency of time management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience and understanding in procedure and process management (authoring, reviewing, approving, and executing).
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Current valid driver's license and ability to provide personal transportation.
  • Physical ability to walk jobsites.
  • Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday.
  • Ability and willingness to work after hours, weekends, holidays, overtime as required, and being available 24x7x365.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

BGIS is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. BGIS has different pay ranges for different work locations within the United States which allows us to pay team members competitively and consistently in different geographic markets. The applicable base pay range will depend on what ultimately is determined to be the candidate's primary work location.

The salary range for this exempt position in the US is $90,000-$95,000

A candidate's salary offer is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, certifications, licenses, and location.
