Description:
Join us in this exciting early-stage initiative, where you will have the unique opportunity to lead a high-impact project. As the Project Manager, you will oversee all phases of the project from initiation to closure, guiding a diverse, cross-functional team that includes agency stakeholders, business users, IT professionals, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Define Project Scope: Establish clear objectives and deliverables.
• Project Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and timelines.
• Reporting: Create and distribute dashboards and status reports to stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships, managing expectations effectively.
• Risk Management: Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues with strategic solutions.
• Vendor Coordination: Ensure vendor deliverables align with Statements of Work (SOW).
• Facilitate Collaboration: Organize and lead meetings to promote effective communication and teamwork.
• Change Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and user adoption.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements, standards, and policies.

Required Experience

• 10+ Years in Project Management: Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex technology projects.
• Technical Expertise: Experience in mobile app development, cloud infrastructure, digital wallets, APIs, and biometric authentication.

Required Skills

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information clearly.
• Presentation Skills: Strong ability to present to executive leadership effectively.
• Leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing and holding cross-functional teams accountable.
• Matrix Navigation: Comfort in driving progress and decision-making within a matrixed environment.
• Problem-Solving: Proactive in finding innovative solutions to advance projects.
• Dependency Management: Skilled in identifying unexpressed dependencies and requirements.
• Judgment: Ability to engage diplomatically with all levels of government staff.
• Methodological Proficiency: Familiarity with various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
• Technical Tools: Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, PPM tools (e.g., Monday.com), JIRA, and Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification: Project Management Professional certification is a plus.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree in business or a related field.
