Salary: $65.00 USD Hourly - $75.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Project Manager II
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
Provide proactive high touch support to partners and advertisers and help them implement and onboard as we scale new formats. This includes:
- Owning end to end partner and advertiser onboarding and reactive support
- Provide consultation to customers to help them implement technical solutions for campaign management and conversion tracking
- Developing workflows and managing daily high touch support
- Troubleshooting any issues and provide actionable recommendations to the advertisers and partners
- Proactively documenting advertiser and partner feedback to share internally with Product and Engineering teams
- Come up with creative ideas to address identified gaps, and influence relevant stakeholders to get buy-in for implementing proposed solutions
- Derive critical insights by analyzing and connecting disparate data sets across the business, to unlock opportunities for improvement across product, operations and knowledge management
- Define and report success metrics to help evaluate the efficiency of implemented solutions
- Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Engineering and Business Solutions teams.
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
- Must have Knowledge of Google Ads
- Google Suite knowledge (presentations, sheets, docs)
