Position: Receptionist

Location: San Diego, CA

Pay Rate: $18 to $22 an hour

Schedule: On-site, Monday - Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests upon arrival
• Maintain reception area
• Resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner with the appropriate follow-up
• Answer and route phone calls to the correct party
• Accurately record information into database
• Prepare outgoing correspondence
• Demonstrate high-level customer service and professionalism
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 3+ years of front desk receptionist experience, preferably in real estate or property management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi
• Excellent communication skills
