Reputable non-profit organization in East Pittsburgh in search of a Recruiter to join their growing team! Searching for an individual with full cycle recruiting experience, a bachelor's degree, and excellent communication skills. This company offers room for growth, comprehensive benefits, and schedule flexibility.

Responsibilities:
- Handle full cycle recruiting for 3 regions
- Coordinate and attend career fairs and recruiting events
- Manage the HRIS system for the application process
- Conduct new hire orientations
- Attract applicants by posting job advertisements and using recruitment sources

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Ability to be strategic in filling challenging positions in a timely manner
