Your new role

This is an exclusive opportunity for a Regional Maintenance Supervisor to support the maintenance operations of a 1300+ unit, 9 property residential portfolio in the DMV. The Regional Maintenance Supervisor will assist in managing turnovers, ensure work orders are completed in a timely manner. This role will involve hands-on technical supervisory responsibility, and oversight of capital improvement projects.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for the Regional Maintenance Supervisor role, candidates will possess the following:

• 5+ years of experience in multifamily maintenance management
• Ability to supervise staff (Maintenance Technicians)
• Familiarity with managing maintenance operations for both market-rate and affordable housing communities
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general property maintenance
